Comprehensive Exam

The comprehensive dental exam is a thorough assessment of your oral health. Your dentist checks your teeth, gums, and mouth for issues like decay, gum disease, or oral cancer. X-rays may be taken for a closer look. They'll also review your dental history and discuss any concerns you have. This exam helps catch problems early and guides personalized care for your dental health.
Cleaning and scaling your teeth

Your Oral Health Therapist (OHT) will perform a thorough cleaning and polishing of your teeth.

Depending on your needs, traditional manual tools or water-powered instruments may be used.

Fluoride treatments, recommended by the ADA for adults and children, may also be suggested.

Your OHT will conclude by providing tips for maintaining dental health and preventing gum disease. The entire hygiene exam typically lasts about 45 minutes.
Personalised Treatment Plan

Your dentist will discuss the condition of your teeth and gums. If we recommend any procedures to enhance your oral health, we'll explain the options and what they entail.

We can also suggest cosmetic treatments if you wish to enhance your smile. If you opt for treatment, your dentist will create a personalized plan detailing the procedures, costs, and appointments.

After you have made your first appointment with us, we kindly ask you to complete a brief new patient form to ensure the best dental care. You can fill it out now or arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment and complete it in our reception area. This form helps us understand your current health, medications, and past procedures.
